Lady’s Mantle

ladysmantle.jpg

This is a nice combination that just happened.  It’s Lady’s Mantle (yellow-green) and hardy geranium (magenta), I’m not sure the exact variety because it was here when I bought the house.  The small white flower is Snow in Summer.  Lady’s Mantle is a perennial that has a fairly long bloom time.  It also propagates itself by seed, so you can have extra plants after a couple years to increase your garden or give away.  But it’s not invasive.  This photo was taken in the middle of June.
